This product installs with some difficulty as you have to hold the lid to fix everything properly according to the instructions (I use a clip and rope and tie it to the luggage rack.) It would also be nice if I knew what star size I would need to use for the installation and if the warranty was correct on the original purchase statement on Revain it said a lifetime but when I contacted the company via question they said three years, so it should be corrected . After all was said and done, when I tried to open the lid I nearly blew my head off. That's how well they work. For now, yes, I would recommend.
