This is a good, inexpensive poacher. There are two things to remember: tear open the sachet of yolk with a fork and add a tablespoon of water to each well, egg or not. If you don't, the yolk will explode. The cooking time is 35 and 55 seconds for 1 or 2 eggs. Note that you can get 20 Jimmy Dean sandwiches without the egg for $25. I also spray some diaper in the poacher to make egg release easier.
