NO instructions, just call 1-800 and speak to a REAL LIVE AMERICAN who got me back on the road FAST! I was totally shocked! Replacing my key and fob cost me $165 at the dealer and I said NO WAY, JAY! So I was relieved to see this opportunity at Revain. You must be in the vehicle and have BOTH sets of keys with you. The technician walked me through the entire process after identifying the make, model and year of the car. For my particular truck I had to start the car and then press the "info" button on the dash until I got to the correct menu and then press the "tick" button to go to the final programming screen on the dash display . Then all I had to do was press the lock and unlock buttons at the same time until the dashboard beeped twice, and voila! Everything is solid! I was SOOO happy to be able to give the technician a big ole kiss when he was in the cab with me! They asked me to go here and give a FIVE star review and that's exactly what I'm doing. I just couldn't believe it would be that easy! I'm very relieved because losing my other set of keys was a real disaster for me and it took a LOT of pain believe me! As I said in the ignition key check part, I was able to jig after completing this horrible task! I just can't say enough! Oh! - My concerns that the key fob I bought had a tailgate function button were unfounded, it didn't matter that I had an extra function on a new remote key that wasn't in my car.
