I really LOVE this Ecovox 30 MP trail camera! Having recently bought the 24MP version and thought it was pretty damn good, I decided to try the 30MP version. There is no doubt, the images are even clearer, allowing for even more detailed study of the images. Personally, I was able to determine the number of dots and the size of the antlers even more precisely. I've even had success with animals nearly 50 feet from the camera. The camera has many settings for fine-tuning video and still images. For example, you don't have to shoot at full 30MP resolution. You can choose from a range of other resolution settings that will greatly increase the photo storage available on your SD cards. You can even adjust the shutter speed, a new feature compared to the 24MP version. Again, the IR function did a good job with night shots. This is a great feature as many animals are nocturnal when I use the camera. Like its "little brother", the integrated display facilitates quick viewing of images and easy use of the settings menu. Now that I'm using this type of camera that uses larger SD cards, I'll never go back to those tiny microSD card cameras. They are too hard for my fat fingers! The app and the WIFI/Bluetooth function are pretty easy to use, but the truth is I prefer to just switch SD cars and quickly upload/download images straight to my computer. Battery life seems excellent, it works great in the rain and you can easily secure it with a padlock if you want. This camera really delivers! I give this camera 5 stars.
