I have a lot of Wi-Fi devices (cameras, switches, temperature sensors, T-stats, etc.) that from time to time crash my router and require a restart, to reconnect to the internet. I needed a device that would allow me to restart when I was away for a few weeks. This device sounded like it fit the bill. Upon receipt, I opened the box and there was no direction. I go to the Play Store to download the Connectsense app. Nowhere in the description of the application is this device mentioned. It's all about intelligent energy management with wall switches. I load the app anyway and end up in a "reload". Not the best app, not the worst, but still offers limited information about device usage. In everything related to the use of this device, you have to find out for yourself. It works? Until now yes. You can restart manually, schedule a restart, or the device should restart on its own when it detects an internet loss. I don't know yet if the last function works or not. At the bottom of the box I saw a business card asking for a product review. The joke of the directions was on the back. Here they are: 1. Download the app from the App Store.2. Register your product.3. Follow the prompts to log into the Wi-Fi network.4. Enjoy the product! Nothing about the status indicator. Nothing about using the product. What do you connect first? What does the switch on the status display do? By the way, don't look for the QR code on the bottom of the device to scan it with the app. He's on the side and he's small. If there was an actual instruction manual I would give it a five star rating based on what it is and what it has done in the last 24 hours. But it took a long time to set it up as it is, hence the 3 star rating.
