Review on 💡 Sylvania QTP2X32T8 UNV ISN SC B Fluorescent Tube by Bruno Gilbert

A new ballast (and new bulbs) installed but the same flickering problem as previously encountered on a 9 year old ballast of the same make and model. Thinking the problem was elsewhere we called an electrician who replaced the ballast again which fixed the problem. Upon closer inspection, it turns out that the ballast received is probably used or refurbished, with scratches and even some rust. (Not sure if this is relevant, but the screen printed label on this ballast isn't as sharp or even as sharp as our original ballast.)
