So far so good. I like the fact that it has ventilation so the food doesn't get wet although there is some condensation inside. I suppose it would help if it had a handle, but since I only reheat things and not cook them, that's fine for now. Normally it doesn't take so long in the microwave that the glass gets very hot anyway. I just take it gently on the colder outer edge. Glass is very strong but not heavy enough to cause problems - even for the most healthy seniors I think. I haven't had any problems and have been using it almost daily for the past two weeks.
