Moreover, the customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful when I needed assistance. Their gear is decent, but it's not worth the trouble of dealing with their terrible web store. If Laboy is serious about maintaining its web clientele, it should prioritize enhancing the quality of its user interface and support staff.
