My Waterpik 670 stopped working after 4 months and Waterpik refused to replace or repair it. Waterpik claims to have a 3 year warranty but does not live up to the warranty. Customer service is bad and they give you every excuse they can find. This is an expensive product but very poorly made. Very disappointing, will not buy Watepik again!
