Great quality for what it is

I was quite skeptical at first because it's an unnamed brand, but it has 4GB of RAM and runs Android 9 or 10 and can access the Play Store. No complaints so far, other than issues with the SD card slot, but there's 32GB on board so haven't had any issues. My father uses it every day. It includes a wireless keyboard and mouse, and they connect via Bluetooth, but he only used them for testing.
