I love this product. I originally bought it for energy and muscle growth. It gave me extra energy as well as extra strength in my legs. I don't exercise, so I was pleasantly surprised that climbing stairs became easier for me. A relative noticed that I started singing and humming again. I didn't buy it to lift my spirits, but apparently he kind of did. If I decide to train again, I love that I can use them instead of non-digestible, high-sugar shakes that have so many extra ingredients that I don't need. Will definitely buy again.
