Better Buy a Screw Kit Too
Seems to work ok, but I couldn't use the screws in the original fan. They are too thick for this replacement. I'm not getting any error message and so far it is fixed. Not really powerful and I need to resolve the heat issue. I don't know how to replace a heat sinc on this laptop, but removing the charging cable seems to help a bit for a while.

- The cooling fan replacement is only compatible with specific HP ProBook models, limiting its usefulness for other laptops or brands
