Review on EZCare by Eric Garron

The ease of use with our staff has been great! We have only had one glitch so far which was quickly resolved by support team member who contacted us within minutes after we raised ticket via chat feature (which wasn't available earlier). It would be very helpful if they could add more features like video call option or ability send text messages as well; these are needed sometimes when working remotely in different states away from office location - but overall I am happy about this product thus cannot think anything bad yet because it solved all my issues related remote work while keeping up quality standards expected out here among other customers. Ability to schedule time off without wasting any precious hours doing tedious paperwork instead spending those times helping kids learn new things etc.,.
