1. Comes in a nice orange box. That's the best part about spending $59! Inside, it's just a cheap plastic tub, not unlike the $9 lidded tubs sold here. I found a great one for $9. Same specs but without the weight of the iron trellis above.2. Its lid is designed to position the immersion heater just above the protruding carrying handle. Who came up with this stupid design? Assuming you're using something other than Annova, you can't lower the clamp because the handle is in the way.3. If you just want to make a small pouch and don't want to use all the water, there is now a way to do that other than attaching the heater to the longer edge, but now you can't use metal dipping. Grilles or lids - they just don't fit, except on the shorter side edge. Seriously, this is the dumbest design ever! 4. I found another pot for $9. Okay, this one doesn't have an iron grid for the weight. Wash a good stone and use it instead! Or you could put a nice, clean stone in your bag with your meal. The type of plastic in the bathtub does not matter. Your food is in the bag.
