When many reviews mention the same issue, be aware that a must design flaws in the product. And here it is true. As many other reviewers have noted, this scooter's head comes off almost every time I pick it up. It makes me crazy. Yes, and adhesive films don't always tear perfectly, which is also annoying. The sheets themselves work pretty well and are definitely as good or better than most lint rollers I use. By the way, I use a lot of lint rollers. I have two cats and the only thing I absolutely DON'T LOVE about them is the insane amount of cat hair that seems to end up everywhere no matter how often the cats themselves visit the place. The only thing that really sets this lint roller apart from other similar products is the lid. Why don't all lint rollers come with a protective coating? That's great; it prevents the adhesive sheet from picking up "surrounding" lint, hair and dust, keeping it clean and sticky for the next intended use. The cover saves this film from mediocrity.
