Review on Dimmable Microwave Oven Bulb Under Microwave by Joe Lara

Worked perfectly at first. I installed two Samsung-supplied microwaves above a backlit stove with a fan. Before that I used an incandescent lamp. Excellent brightness, dims perfectly (Samsung has light, dark and off). Then both stopped working after 2 months. They would only turn on at very low light levels, well below the dim setting, too low to be useful. They don't change the brightness between full and dimmed. I've tried unscrewing and reinstalling the bulbs multiple times now to no avail. I installed the bulbs I had that still worked fine to make sure the Samsung was still working and not the problem. They worked great at both high and low brightness. They've been great for 2 months and I'll change my rating to 5 stars if the company sends me a replacement, but if I don't have an answer now I'll buy some alternatives and write these bulbs off as a learning experience. . 2 months is a big drop in reliability for LED bulbs. I also give Revain zero stars for providing a functional buyer-seller interaction to resolve issues. I have no idea how Revain allows the company to respond other than by posting in this feedback section. Revain offered a way to send a message to the provider, which I did, but I didn't see anything to indicate that the provider could respond. That's why I'm writing this review. I certainly don't want to post any personal information in this review, so I'm hoping the vendor will respond here. I will check again.
