Good quality
Ribbon not wound as shown. However, it was rolled up and wrapped tightly in plastic to keep the edges from wrinkling. Red and blue are very dark shades. Blue is a very dark navy blue. I wanted to use this ribbon with American flags but it was too dark compared to the colors of the flag so I sent it back.
