Updated review: monitor had to be returned :/

UPDATED REVIEW: Unfortunately, after about a month and a half of using the monitor, this monitor began to experience this random screen flickering issue. After several months of research, this wasn't a good take on what caused the random flickering. Some say it comes from a cheap displayport cable so I bought two well known brands and it still flickered; He also did it with HDMI. I thought it was my computer so I deleted and reinstalled the GPU drivers but the problem still occurred. I've checked the MSI forums and it looks like this random screen flickering issue is somewhat common on newer monitors from MSI (not exclusive to this particular model). Luckily I have a second computer that my wife uses so we swapped monitors a bit and it happened again on another computer so he narrowed it down to user/computer error, namely the monitor. I contacted MSI for RMA support but they said I would have to pay shipping (which would be half the cost of the monitor) so I declined. I contacted Revain and they said they were willing to return the product. It's a shame because I really liked the monitor. It had a lot of cool features like local dimming support, its own software that lets you change monitor settings without using the OSD button, and an overall great monitor, but when I found out after reading a lot of reviews, MSI actually I'll have to look elsewhere for a monitor, especially at this price point. Ultimately, I will choose the curved matrix LG LG. OLD REVIEW: I recently bought a 34-inch Monoprice Dark Matter Curved monitor and it was rubbish. I returned it and got this monitor and that's all I need. I don't need all the extra goodies to be honest, it was a 21:9 ultra wide IPS at a reasonable price. I have two 1080p OPTIX monitors and I should know that I should have gone with MSI first rather than buying a Monoprice monitor. This monitor is filled with many cool features! This is a must for a great 1440p ultrawide monitor.
