Only worked for a few weeks

I loved this product when I first received it. It was easy to just plug into the USB in my car. However, after a few weeks it stopped working. I don't know exactly when, but one day I just noticed that it stopped working. I left it plugged in the whole time not thinking it would be a problem, but it looks like it's blown? Not sure, but it's a waste of money.
