I bought this to relieve back pain. I tried another manufacturer with a different design. I thought this design would be great because it loops tight in the front and top while the other design I tried loops tight in the bottom and back which makes it very difficult to put on. However, this new position resulted in the device reaching up to my lower neck. Although my other block was quite uncomfortable under my arms, it gave me significant relief from back pain. This device just tugged on my lower neck. It did nothing for my back pain. When I tried to put it on "very tight" the very short part of the velcro on the ends of the straps had nothing to catch and it just slid back to loosen a little and just pulled at the bottom of the neck. Additionally, when I opened the Revain packaging pouch, I found that the unit was loosely wrapped in crumpled kitchen-style plastic wrap and was unsealed. Looks used. I'm not sure, so I can't say for sure. But it would be much better if it was sealed. I will not be returning it because that is what they said and may not work just for me. I don't know, just my thoughts for you.
