Review on Loss Control 360 by Josh Garber

It has been very helpful in our loss control efforts to identify areas of risk within buildings so we can take steps/actions towards mitigating those risks through proactive inspections, preventive maintenance programs or other measures as needed (e.g., fire safety). The tool helps us understand where opportunities exist for improvement across all building types - this allows greater focus during inspection visits which results in more efficient use of time by both internal teams & external consultants. We are able to quickly assess each site's status against its Risk Priority Number rating system allowing quick identification when an issue requires attention sooner rather than later. This also enables easy comparison between sites with different priorities giving better insight into how changes at one location will impact others.It would be beneficial if it could provide additional information about what actions were taken after any findings have been identified but that may not always happen depending upon who you.
