We had an excellent experience working together through our process from start-up right up until final launch day (and beyond!). They were honest about their capabilities as well as any challenges we may have encountered during implementation/launch phases - including some unexpected ones that they handled professionally & creatively at no additional cost for us!! I can't recommend them enough. Great customer support team who was always available when needed throughout this project life cycle phase. The only downside is how much work it takes before you get started but once underway there aren’t many issues along these lines after your initial setup stage has been completed :).
