Items I received: 200pcs in individual packaging. For me these disposable pads have been excellent (they don't usually spill much). Because of their thinness, you won't notice the odd ripples of the chest through clothing. My only issue was that I had trouble keeping them in my nursing bra while breastfeeding and pumping (a little extra stickiness would be great). I wasn't a strong liquor, but maybe you should change them every time; in this case my fault. Overall worth a try.
