Not enough tape
Looks okay with a bit of glue left over from crappy plastic trim around the edges. The adhesive strips were a joke. It was too thin, there wasn't enough of it and the installed one seemed too old because the glue barely held. Good thing I work for a signage company so I was able to add additional strips of good quality 3M VBS DF tape. I plan to get original Mazda door sills later.
