Their team of consultants is extremely smart & dedicated to providing great value solutions for our clients needs! Nothing at this time- it has been an overall solid partnership with PROSPEK as they helped us develop some big ideas that took shape into valuable marketing concepts/strategies (the concept was called 'The Big Chill'). They have continued over their 3 year term working with me to bring my work across from initial feasibility testing through market analysis all the way though implementation phase development activities. I was impressed by how well informed those within their organization were about what we needed - which enabled them then to effectively deliver excellent service delivery against timelines, budgeting etc while staying true to project requirements & objectives.- I like that it is extremely customizable; you can make anything look as good or bad as you want to make it! It's not intuitive at all - there should be tutorials for new users- so many features they need more time/training. Make sure you have someone who knows how to use this program because honestly, some of us don't know what we're doing with these programs. I would say give one month trial before purchasing. This product has helped me do my job much better than when using MS Office products.
