Lids don't fit bottles

I like the bottles as I run a juice company from home. They're perfect for showing off the amazing colors of the drink through the bottle. However, I have placed several orders for them but the last two cases I have received were missing lids. From the last box I bought I had 22 bottles with exactly 9 caps left. I used to be missing caps but actually thought I had just lost them because I was only missing a couple of caps. Obviously I see that this didn't happen because I lost something. I'm not at all happy about not having the ability to seal the bottles I currently have. Also, this caused a trust issue for me and also delayed my customers' orders until I could find another reliable company to order from.
