Ideal for neck, lower back and sides of thighs for fibromyalgia pain

I have a back massage pillow but it doesn't fit properly in the two areas I need it most. I need it on my neck, outer thighs and the area where the sciatic nerve is sometimes irritated. There is no fabric cover. There are two cords - one for the car and the other for the outlet. The cords on this cable are long enough for a car, but the outlet is slightly shorter (6 feet) so you need to be close to the outlet. The plug is a transformer. So if you're using a power adapter, you'll need a separate outlet. Many computer outlets have these. The cable has a socket in the middle so you can switch between car and transformer sockets. MASSAGE BELT The massage belt has two handles so when you wear it around your neck you can slide your hands through it to create just the right amount of massage on your neck. OPERATION Buttons on a handle. They are easy to get and easy to read. Each button controls direction, heat, massage or power. FEATURES When you turn this feature on, it glows red so you can tell when it's in heating mode, esp. The massage balls work well and do their job well. The only problem I've had is in one direction, the ball gears sound like they're grinding. I don't think it will take too long if it continues like this. So far I've used it quite a bit and it does it in one of the directions every time. DOES THAT HELP? Other than that, it works great for my neck, under the buttocks where sciatica occurs from time to time, and on the outer thigh where fibromyalgia sometimes causes pain. RESULT It is much easier to use than a pillow. It works well except it makes a grinding noise in one direction. MY RATING IS FOUR STARS. I'm deducting a star because of the grinding noise. I'm afraid this rattle won't last long. I intentionally don't apply undue pressure.
