I like that it's an all in one solution for me to use with my customers, they don't have to worry about anything but their content as we're there making sure everything is perfect! The customer support team can sometimes be slow at responding compared other platform providers who are much faster than them.
Other then this nothing really so far has been too negative. We were able solve our issues of having multiple different platforms/tools being used by many people throughout our organization using just 1 system.
