It is what it is, a very specific tool

This is a circular saw with a center drill; You drill through a center sized pilot hole, then put it in a drill chuck and use a circular saw to cut a full diameter hole on both sides. I bought this with an optical door viewer so I went with a hollow door. I was very lucky of course, part of the saw cut perfectly matching holes both inside and out, but my pilot hole ended up in one of the inner braces so I had real guidance the whole way, like a circular saw cutting through three different internal spacers.
