Review on Shoei Neotec II Helmet (X-Small) (Light Silver) by Rick Malloy

I was hesitant to buy this helmet - spending that much money on a helmet was never in my budget. But the older I get, the more valuable my head becomes :) I felt it was time to protect it after realizing my mortality. I bought this helmet and wore it for 15 minutes on day 1, 30 minutes on day 2 and 7 hours on day 3. It was great! I rode 210 miles through Rocky Mountain National Park on a loop near my home here in Colorado. The helmet has been the new love of my life since my very first ride. I have no regrets about this purchase now that I've owned it for a month. I should have bought this helmet when I was 20 years younger. My only regret is that earlier in my life I was too cheap to buy it! I will never return! I would recommend it. Measure your head and buy the size he suggests - they fit true to size. I had to buy a third party communication system as the integrated system works with helmet straps from the same brand. The FOD Sports M1-S Plus System is easy to install and works great! Take care of yourself and your safety - if your head fits in the helmet you won't be disappointed.
