I bought this to record PS5 videos on my computer. After 3 days, the sound started skipping and lagging behind the gameplay. I thought it had something to do with my OBS settings, but after spending hours making changes to the OBS settings, I realized that the problem was with this capture card. I disabled OBS and just tried running the PS5 through the PC speakers. The delay was approximately 4 full seconds of gameplay. I unplugged the capture card and connected my PS5 directly to the PC with no audio issues. This device gets very hot and will fail within a few days. I would not recommend this product based on my past experience. I think you pay for what you get.
