Now I'm buying another brand.
Not very happy with this product, shame Revain didn't sell replacement Scott Brand casters for the 10" bottom caster. used/dirty tape to get to the next layer underneath but the used tape was ripped/torn and I couldn't tear it off/put my fingernail under the broken sheet to remove it. Disappointment. My apologies to the manufacturer and the positive reviewers if (who knows?) I'm doing something wrong. However, I'm not an old, weak, shaky person, so I don't think this is user error on my part. BUT, as if at this moment I am throwing away this product and buying a new brand. I do not recommend.
