This is such a beautiful coat for the Hazel Hound that has a hard time finding a just sized coat. This coat is very soft and light and appears to be well tailored. I washed and dried it once and it came out nice, no shrinkage or loose threads. The harness hole is in the right place and the coat is actually long enough to cover her entire back. It's a bit big, although her measurements match the size we ordered. But she is a long, deep-chested dog that will always be difficult to explain through clothing. My husband says she looks like a shoplifter in her oversized coat but I will be changing the length of the velcro that tightens the coat where her body is thinner and that should reduce bagging. I am so happy with this coat and she doesn't seem to mind wearing it. I highly recommend this, but make sure you measure your dog accurately if you don't want to get into the sewing business.
