Very good platform used by many people
I use with my clients all around the world from Brazil via Skype or WhatsApp, as well as through different apps like Messenger for iOS, WeChat in China, Line Chat in Japan etc. You can have a conversation of up to 8 simultaneous users at once without any problem. The app uses data more than WiFi connection and you also need wifi or mobile 4g/3G data if not using it properly. It's very easy to understand how to operate it since there are tutorial videos available on youtube, but sometimes they don't always work perfectly so be patient when installing them. If you're looking to do business internationally then make sure that your provider allows VoiP services for international calls. There isn't too much to dislike about this application other than maybe the price point for its premium service plan which starts at $5 per user per month compared to other providers who charge less.

- Has good features such as file transfer over instant messaging (IM), screen sharing among multiple devices; audio call support including both video & voice calling along side chat messages sent between two people simultaneously while speaking face to face! Very fast internet connectivity is required especially during live streaming events where bandwidth needs increase drastically due to excessive traffic spikes resulting into poor quality experience hence having high speed broadband Internet access will help
