August 24, 2021: Updated review of this product/experience. I had previously given a sharply negative review due to the poor quality of these heaters. However, I failed to let the seller tell me that I can return them for a refund. I just found this message from the seller. I'm sorry I missed it. So, to be honest with the seller, I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because they were very willing to refund my money after the return period. Unfortunately, I threw the headlights in the trash a long time ago. That's why I can't return them. FIRST REVIEW I strongly advise against buying these bulbs. I've usually used GE or Phillips outdoor lamps. GE and Phillips typically lasted 18 months. I decided to try this brand; it was a big mistake. When I opened the box it turned out that the solder joint was not new. That means it was soldered. I soldered a lot of electronics and the solder joints didn't look new. I will never buy these lamps again. I don't know what caused these bulbs to fail, but after they failed I tested the light with an old GE bulb and it worked. So the problem was not with the lamp, but with these new bulbs.
