I still can't believe I bought so many pens for such a price! The colors are saturated. So if you don't want a heavy tint/deep coloring, all you have to do is lightly paint or blend. I can't say they are fully waterproof as the color fades when I wash my face with a rubbing motion, but when I jump in the pool or shower without rubbing my brows it stays perfect. The razors are sharp and the instructions are easy to understand. The cord for unwinding the pencil instead of the sharpener is great - love it!
