I make my own hand wetting gel and mask for 5 girls. We make a lot of money. I have a professional drill and a small travel drill. This bit works well either way, but seems more reliable in my professional drill that has the ability to customize the size of bit you can use. This tells me that the shank size might be slightly different as other bits don't have this problem. I usually prefer ceramic bits, but I have quite a few metal bits. It's medium and not as strong as the others, but you definitely don't want to use it on bare skin. It removes the first of two coats of gel or dip well. I usually wash off the residue of the product. The shape is favorable for this and for the formation of side walls. It didn't get any hotter than other bits I've used (sometimes ceramic) and seems to retain its fileability after a few uses.
