I am losing weight and some of my pants are starting to sag and even fall out entirely. I bought a belt but didn't like how tight it was, especially when I was sitting. So I checked to see if there were elastic bands and found this gem. The trick I immediately started using is that I wear it in "relaxed mode" most of the time, which means I don't stretch it all the way to the loop on the front of my pants, but instead grab the right side and pull back to the loop at the back and clip it there. Then when I run a lot and want to prevent sagging, I slip it over the front loop. I do this because while it's stretchy and not as tight as a regular belt, I don't like it tight and it keeps the loops from wearing out too much. I love that they include a hoop that can be used as an alternative to clipping into pant loops, although I would never use that method myself. Until I get back to a comfortable size 38 or so, this will be a great way to keep my pants up while I continue to lose weight. Tip: put on your belt before you put on your pants!
