First box arrived damaged (UPS at 8:15pm no call or I would have refused delivery) Picked up quickly and replaced free of charge in two days. Easy to assemble. Details are given separate IDs to match the chart. Only the Allen key supplied is required. The chair is exactly as pictured and advertised. in the range of 200-400. Decided to give it a try and buy online to save some money. This chair is comparable to several at the lower end of this range. I needed support and many chairs fit under the table and aren't high enough. However, for me it was a $100 lesson - not the best idea to buy a chair before you sit on it. Take it apart and send it back - it's a perfectly worthy chair. It didn't work for me, a 5" 11.210. The seat cushion goes to mid-thigh - I need a few inches more support. The biggest issue for me was not being able to recline - not at all. straight or lean forward Actually it's not really "high back" The lowest position helps the lower back, but nothing helps the back above shoulder height The highest position is slightly better for the upper back, but eliminates lumbar support This is a computer chair, not a task chair Up no case...sit back to take a break Now I understand why some of the true ergonomic chairs are more expensive I will pass this on to Good Will once I have the chair which I can do careful testing before I buy Nothing against This seller - 5 star delivery what was promised - applies to all online purchases of something so personal it's risky to do without first buy "try on" it.
