The ease of use for new users as well as experienced ones. I can't think of anything that would make me want to switch from this program. It's easy to set up rules, track tickets, assign tasks, etc. There are several ways you can customize it so its perfect for any size business. Not much but if there was something i disliked then it would be that sometimes when we have multiple tabs open in one window they will overlap each other making them hard or impossible to see at times. We're solving our ticketing needs with this product. As mentioned above, it has many different features which makes it easier than having to learn all of those separately.
