Best Enterprise Project Management Tool!

The ease of use for new users as well as experienced ones. I can't think of anything that would make me want to switch from this program. It's easy to set up rules, track tickets, assign tasks, etc. There are several ways you can customize it so its perfect for any size business. Not much but if there was something i disliked then it would be that sometimes when we have multiple tabs open in one window they will overlap each other making them hard or impossible to see at times. Great tool which has really boosted productivity

I like the fact that it keeps track of my tickets, and the fact that it's free is a big plus. It's easy to use, and the customer support is great. I've had issues with it freezing, but they're usually pretty quick to respond. I've been using it for a while now, and I don't have any complaints.
