This stuff works way better than Stan's when it's in the tire. It has solved all of my chronic slow leak problems and recently proved surprisingly effective on a major flat tire. The only downside I found was tire hitting. It's so viscous you can't even use the conical spout that comes with the bottle. Forget about pushing it through the cored valve stem! The easiest way is to hang the wheel with the tire set at 80-90% (hole down), then remove the conical nose and pour a measured amount of sealant directly into the free space in the tire, then carefully finish the tire assembly at still hanging wheel. Then slowly spin the wheel to spread and inflate the sealant, all the while keeping the wheel off the ground. It seals surprisingly quickly. I even managed this procedure with a floor pump (one hand holding the wheel and the other hand on the pump). Also, shake or roll the bottle very gently when mixing the sealant according to the directions. Vigorous shaking makes it frothy. The foam stays on for hours making it very difficult to measure accurately.
