Review on InfoDesk by Alex Barr

The tool is easy enough that even I can use it without any training or support from their team! It's also fairly intuitive so if someone else in my office uses this product they don't need much help getting started either - great combination!! There are not many features (as far as we have used) but what there was has been useful & simple/easy to learn how best do things within our own processes etc.

Also helpful when looking at new ways / products which might be better suited than using other software available out ther ein market place such us Sharepoint 2013! Overall very happy about working through info desk vs going elsewhere where costs would likely rise higher up front before seeing benefits realised down line.
