Tool is easy to use, intuitive & affordable upfront cost

The tool is easy enough that even I can use it without any training or support from their team! It's also fairly intuitive so if someone else in my office uses this product they don't need much help getting started either - great combination!! There are not many features (as far as we have used) but what there was has been useful & simple/easy to learn how best do things within our own processes etc. Also helpful when looking at new ways / products which might be better suited than using other

  • No expensive monthly licensing fees compared with more popular alternatives like Adobe Analytics

Very good software, helps you gather data quickly

The user interface is very simple to use. The dashboard is very clear and the information is very detailed. I like the possibility to create dashboards for different users and to share them with them. The dashboard is very detailed and it is very difficult to find something that can be improved. I can recommend InfoDesk to all users who want to use a tool that can help them to collect and analyze information. The main benefit is that it is very easy to use.
