I love the look of this strap, but it was a bit difficult to remove from my Fitbit tracker. If you try to detach the tracker from the strap, you must actually pry the strap latches away from the tracker and then use considerable force to pry the tracker out of the slot on the strap. He most likely just needs some WD-40 or something similar to allow these metals to slide over each other instead of sticking. The links of the feed itself are very easy to remove/add and the instructions included are clear and easy to follow.
