I like that it is easy to use, intuitive with all of its features including scheduling/monitoring capabilities as well providing data retention for up-to 24 months! Nothing really at this time but would be nice if there were more tools available in order to have better visibility into what was happening within our systems while working from home during COVID19 pandemic!! It’s been great thus far being able see an overview when not present or unable due to quarantine orders etc., no issues so far only minor delays getting back online after system goes down which seems random & frustrating.
