I like that you can track my job listing, applications, offers etc in one place - so easy to keep up with what is happening! Some aspects of the website could use some improvement for ease of use (e.g.: it would be really useful if applicants were able to add multiple emails at once instead having to do them individually). So far no issues we've encountered which are not being resolved by support contact/sales team. The most important thing about this recruitment platform is its versatility i am using many functions such as; searching resumes through an automated process- tracking applicant data from application stage till final confirmation via email or SMS, sending thank-you & feedback letters after shortlisted candidates have been notified their CV was accepted.- Easy management process when adding/editing jobs RecruitOnline has been an amazing tool for us. It has been a very helpful and user friendly tool. The interface is very easy to use and the system is very efficient. There is nothing that I dislike about RecruitOnline. I would highly recommend RecruitOnline to anyone looking for a great recruitment tool. RecruitOnline has been very helpful in our recruitment process.
