About a year ago I bought one of those $20 coils off Amazon for my Ford Ranger DOHC 2.4L (Mazda engine). It all started over, so I ordered spark plugs and it didn't help. So I ordered spark plug cables. Still bad. I thought I recently replaced the coil so it can't be. Something else? Injectors clogged? I continued to search the internet for answers. And then my research turned up Amazon reviews of a cheap reel I bought. components. I should have kept the original spark plugs and wires as they were probably still in good condition. All of this cost more than if I had received this Motorcraft from the start. Contributing unnecessarily to the landfills of our precious planet. Not to mention the lost time and work. A lesson learned.
