I like that they are extremely helpful in solving any issues we have had since implementation! They listen to what problems we do not know how to solve ourselves so easily.
We don't always feel comfortable talking about technology at work (it comes across as too geeky) but these guys make it easy for us by explaining everything in layman terms. No complaints here whatsoever!! If there was anything i disliked - it would be nothing really specific- just getting used to having someone else handle tech support instead of coming up against walls when trying to figure out something themselves which made me very frustrated early stage into working together. Their expertise has saved my skin multiple times from being locked down without knowing why, unable to access files etc because some program decided its time to shut itself off unexpectedly.
