Use it to tent camp with my young adult daughter. We are both 5'6" and 125-140 lbs and have no trouble sleeping in bag with some separation. Soft, durable, warm, and velcro around zipper is nice and pockets on side. Great value! Would buy again. Pillows aren't much but meant to keep small for packing. I also like the built-in roll at top to keep wind out/warmth in. Don't camp when too cold but high 40s. Can add another liner if want, but we haven't needed it.
